Il Capriccio is a beautiful 55′ Azimut with a capacity of 21 guests. This is for the guests who have a medium to large size group and want a true luxury experience. Within all of Cabo, this is absolutely the best choice in its size and class for the price point. Il Capriccio also has a jet ski that can be added on to charters at a client’s request.

 

Rates

3 hours $1,500 USD up to 10 passengers
4 hours $2,000 USD up to 10 passengers
5 hours $2,500 USD up to 10 passengers

INCLUDES: Open Bar, Appetizers, Restaurant Quality Menu, Paddle Board, Kayak, Snorkel Equipment, Towels, NO Hidden Fees. Jet Ski is available upon request for an extra charge.

  • Fresh Dorado Bites w/ Ajillo Sauce
    • Dry guajillo peppers, garlic, white onions, butter, lime juice with salt and pepper.
    • Portion: 1 piece of dorado per guest on a bed of rice.
      All fish is fresh caught, so this may be substituted for another seasonal white fish like snapper or mackerel.
  • Seared Tuna w/ Miso Glaze
    • Fresh caught tuna, seared with salt and pepper, topped with a miso glaze. Simple and fresh.
    • Portion: Approximately 3 pieces per guest.
  • Mexican Style Shrimp Ceviche
    • Fresh shrimp, cooked in lime juice with cilantro, diced tomatoes and white onion.
    • Portion1-6 guests: 0.5 lb. of ceviche (approx 1 bowl); 7-15 guests: 1.2lbs. of ceviche (approx 2 bowls); 16-20 guests: 2.2lbs (approx 3 bowls)
  • Peruvian Style Fish Ceviche
    • Fresh white fish (grouper, dorado or snapper) cooked in lime with red onion, cherry tomatoes, radish, salt, pepper and topped with cilantro.
    • Portion1-6 guests: 0.5 lb. of ceviche (approx 1 bowl); 7-15 guests: 1.2lbs. of ceviche (approx 2 bowls); 16-20 guests: 2.2lbs (approx 3 bowls)
  • Mexican Style Sashimi
    • Fresh tuna, finely sliced in a house marinade with red onions, cucumber and avocado.
    • PortionApproximately 6 slices of sashimi per guest.
  • Steak Tacos
    • Marinated butcher’s steak on flour tortillas with a fresh made garlic and avocado sauce, red onions, cilantro and red cabbage.
    • Portion2 tacos per guest.
  • Shrimp Tacos w/ Tropical Salsa
    • Shrimp on corn tortillas with avocado and a tropical salsa of mango or pineapple (depending which is freshest and in season), tomato, red onion, cilantro.
